Services

At our initial consultation, we will discuss your needs and determine the optimal session format.
Frequency and duration of sessions vary from person to person.

Options include:
Package A: Two sessions per month
Package B: One session per week
Package C: Four laser coaching (intensive) sessions on one specific issue

Each session costs $150 and lasts approximately one hour.

All sessions are conducted over the telephone or Skype, at a mutually convenient time, and are confidential.
For the initial consultation, for clients in Victoria, BC, a face-to-face meeting can be arranged, if desired.

Let's practice self-comassion for happiness

 To grow self-compassion leads to grow compassion to others.  Distorted image about you in you can cause a compromise in your love towards others.  Shadow in you often reflects shadow towards others.

You are Love itself. To love this love is a powerful tool to create and recall deep happiness.  Tolerance about yourself is not sufficient.  Deep forgiveness and acceptance about you within you is a must to grow compassion with others.  Let's practise self-compassion to create better environments in and around yourself.
